Corry Memorial Hospital offers an unsurpassed level of Home Health Care services.
A team of skilled nurses, home health aides, speech, physical and occupational therapists, under the direction of the patient’s physician will develop a Plan of Care tailored to the patient’s needs.
The nurses and therapists can instruct both patients and their caregivers in procedures for the patient in their home.
Our Home Health personnel bring the finest technical services and caring, compassionate attitude to your home.
We Serve the Following Areas
Erie County: Corry, Elgin, Union City, Wattsburg, Concord, Wayne, Amity, Union and Venango Townships.
Crawford County: Spartansburg and Bloomfield Townships.
Warren County: Bear Lake, Columbus, Spring Creek, Freehold Townships, as well as parts of Sugar Grove. Brokenstraw (including Youngsville), and Pittsfield Townships.
Medicare Approved Services
If you have Medicare and are confined to your home, you are eligible for 100% coverage of Home Health visits. The physician must establish a treatment plan and determine the type of service to be rendered.
You do not need a hopsital stay to qualify for home care. Medicaid and most insurance companies also pay for all or part of Home Health services. We take care of the paperwork for you! |
