Physical and Occupational Therapy Staff Michael Einink, PT Physical Therapist Director of Rehabilitation Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from SUNY in Buffalo, NY in 1993. Mike has worked in the hospital setting, home health, Clinic Manager and Director prior to joining the CMH Team. Mike has been a part of the CMH rehabilitation team since May 2003. Mike resides in Clymer, NY with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys basketball, archery hunting,coaching his children's sports teams and spending time with his family. Tammy Benedict, OTR/L Occupational Therapist Assistant Director of Rehibilitation Tammy received her Bachelor of Science degre in Occupational Therapy in 1994 from Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA. Tammy has worked in the hospital, geriatric, pediatric settings, and was a Rehibilitation Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility. Tammy has been a part of the CMH rehibilitation team since August 2004. She resides in Corry with her husband and three children. Tammy enjoys volunteering at her children's school, cross-stictch, outdoor activities, and spending time with family. Jennifer "Jenn" Damcott Occupational Therapist Jenn received her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University in 2005 and joined the CMH rehibilitation team in May 2005. Jenn resides in Clymer, NY with her husband and son. She enjoys kayaking, playing volleyball,piano, and spending time with her family. Ben Braswell, PTA Physical Therapy Assistant Ben was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in July 2000.Ben received hisd Associates Degree from the university of Pittsburgh at Titusville in 2005. Ben joined the CMH rehibilitation team in June 2005. He resides in Corry with his wife and daughter. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family. Shannon Stevenson, PTA Physical Therapy Assistant Shannon received her Associates Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Titusville in 2004. Prior to joining the CMH Team Shannon worked at the Resource Center in Jamestown, NY. Shannon then joined the CMH rehibiltation team in June 2006. She resides in Titusville and enjoys running road races, watching hockey games, and spending time with her family. Joan Lesnak COTA/L Occupational Therapy Assistant Joan received her Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Mount Alloysius College in 1992. Joan joined the CMH rehibilitaion Team in 1998 a COTA/L and later was the Activity Director for the New Hope Behavioral Health Unit. Joan in the past has worked in the hospital, skilled nursing, and pediatric settings.
